Malaysia Toray Science Foundation (MTSF), once again participated in the Kuala Lumpur Engineering Science Fair (KLESF) held in MINES International Exhibition and Convention Centre (MIECC), Selangor from October 27th to 29th 2023, after a lapse of three years due to Covid-19 pandemic.
As one of the largest premier science fairs in Malaysia, KLESF attracted wide interests and participation from school students, young researchers and educators from both Malaysia and ASEAN countries, namely China, Philippines, Thailand and Indonesia. For the event, MTSF set up an exhibition booth to introduce the science programs initiated by Toray for Malaysia, since its establishment in 1993.
For the 3-days event, two award winning science teachers namely Puan Dayang Anni Binti Baharom from SMK Desa Perdana, Kuala Lumpur and Puan Norlizayati Binti Ramlan from Universiti Teknologi MARA, Selangor demonstrated their winning projects.
It was estimated that some 50,000 students and public members visited the KLESF over the 3 days duration.
